Change Management

In a mutating environment, change projects may stem from different sources - their common feature resides however in that fact that the personnel are always concerned, in a way or another.

Change management has to deal with staff's anxiety and insecurity on one hand, on the other it has to encourage the evolution of perceptions and behaviours at all organisational level. Consequently, in a change process, the information and communication policy has a pivotal role to play.

Change projects require, beside a convincing strategy, a shared cultural evolution. Change concepts prove to be fruitful only if the company's own culture has been taken into consideration. In that sense, a meticulous diagnostic is unavoidable. The new elements must coalesce with what exists, in order for this latter to renew thanks to the active involvement of those primarily concerned.

We define with our clients qualitative and quantitative change needs, analyse the staff's preparedness, and propose solutions for the implementation of an adapted process, to which we fully participate.
