Quality management

The necessity of a quality management system within the public administration has considerably grown during the last years. This should be welcomed. Quality management generates cost-reduction, enhances relations with clients, provides a clear direction and ensures the public administration enjoy a high degree of legitimacy within the public.

The pre-condition is however that the quality management system respects the specificities of this sector. We have in that purpose developed our own system (TC-QMS©), which is simpler than ISO and only deals with those elements that are of key relevance for public administration. The system is adaptable and can be brought to the level of the Total Quality Management (TQM). A further development towards ISO and TQM is feasible at any time.
